September is Yoga Month! It’s a great way to educate people about the health benefits of yoga and to help inspire a healthy lifestyle.

“Let no one dictate your happiness”
I try to live everyday with this quote in mind. We all stumble through bad days. Traffic is bad. You over commit. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed, etc, etc. Heck, a lack of coffee can set me down the pity path.
But a day shouldn’t be measured by a single instance or one lousy mood. Rise above the tiny obstacles. Remember: for every side-crow, there are 100 almost side-crows. Laugh each time we fall. Encourage one another to try again; that’s why I love our back row on Thursday nights. We laugh, we cheer, we giggle. And we feel part of something.
We must remember the effect of a smile, a kind gesture or laughter. Together we can change the world, or at least our wonderful community around Main St.
