Leslie has a unique and important role as a stress management facilitator. She helps people strengthen the dynamics of their inner dialogue and heal past emotional wounds so they can achieve more inner peace. 

Leslie's top priority to help people find relief from stress. During experiences as a practitioner and personal life, she's discovered the biggest impact in helping ease anxiety and physical comfort is healing the mind-body connection.

 Since 2007 Leslie has been a Usui Ryoho Reiki Practitioner, became a Master in 2010 and Instructor in 2016. 

Leslie loves to guide people on the path toward discovering how to help themselves feel better and have more energy. She strives for clients to be out of pain, and anxiety, sleep better, and feel at peace when they move.

 Ramona was born and raised in Romania. She spent her early years in the mountains of Romania amidst the spiritual richness and experiences. She has been highly intuitive from childhood, able to see events before they unfold. Her two broken marriages have given her the strength and ability to fight back and tremendous insight into relationships. She uses these real life experiences in integration with various healing modalities to help individuals overcome their own traumas and blockages. 

 Ramona is now a Alba Weinman certified Introspective Hypno Therapist, a Michael Sitzer certified Thai Body Massage Therapist, a Sivananda Ashram certified Theta Healer, a Pradeep Darooka initiated Reiki Healer and a self taught Tarot Card Reader. She also combines these different modalities in her own intuitive and unique manner to enhance the experience and healing process for the individual. As a mother of two young boys, she brings in a nurturing and nourishing approach and attitude into her sessions. All sessions are ideally offered in person though Introspective Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing and Tarot Card Reading is also offered online. 

 I am a craniosacral & occupational therapist; I also assist women in preparing for childbirth as a birth doula. As an OT for over 20 years I have explored a variety of healing modalities and manual techniques. I found a gratifying niche in craniosacral therapy (CST) when patients consistently reported experiencing a deep sense of calm and clarity following CST treatment. I have continued to explore the impact of craniosacral therapy in restoring a sense of well being. I am a lifelong learner of our body’s self-healing response to light touch. As a Medallion Member of International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners I continue to grow in my understanding and skills with teachers and providers advancing in this field.

In 2006 I participated in my first DONA training to become a birth doula. I have found more recently that CST blends beautifully when assisting a woman through the cascade of changes in her body during pregnancy and birthing and afterwards. I am currently studying bonding with baby in pregnancy and assisting a woman in making a healthy transition into motherhood. 

In addition, the intuitive touch of CST assists the healing process for a woman who struggles with the effects of a previous abortion. Since 2010 I have worked with women who experience unexpected reactions to abortion, often times many years later.

Since graduating in 2007, my acupuncture practice has evolved as I’ve grown.  My sessions have a flow that have been crafted into a small journey.  Every person will experience this journey differently, yet I lead each one with the same intentions - that you may know peace, that your body feels ease, and that you may live your purpose.

Esoteric Acupuncture is the main acupuncture modality that I practice. I was fortunate to study with the founder, Dr. Mikio Sankey, 5 years ago.  During meditation he received these sacred geometry acupuncture patterns that bring you into alignment, while working on your heart, your chakras, and clearing your field. They help you remember “your puzzle piece in life”, as he would say.

I incorporate additional modalities to address pain, internal medical conditions, and mental-emotional issues, such as 5 Element and Master Tung acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, acupressure, tuning forks, electro-acupuncture and when the time is right, songs that I sing.

Healing happens in stillness as you commune with your own heart.  Gail works with the spirit of the client in a gentle way and opens up previously hidden gateways on the body in special sacred geometric patterns.   Powerful crystal medicine (selenite swords of light) and/or tuning forks will be used during the session.  

  Each client could feel an opening in the space of the heart for discerning its whisper.  This is an invitation to feel and know that you can allow and reinforce your own internal light.  Gail finds that the more spirit is in the body, the easier life just flows in all areas.  This healing process enables you to enjoy your life from a more expanded awareness.  You will feel more peaceful, more alive and connected from the inside and the passion for your work/life could increase.  Your personal relationships could feel more easeful as well.  To complement the session Gail offers a specially charged vibrational oil to support the body & spirit as a daily ritual between sessions.   The oil will be individually chosen by your spirit/soul.

 The results are cumulative and there are many different gateways and sacred vibrational oils to explore, come join me in this advanced exploration of spirit. 

 Gail has a BS in Health Sciences and has been a student/practitioner of advanced energetic healing methods for over 25 yrs.  She experienced a profound spiritual awakening in 2011 that ignited the calling to her purpose.
